Slow shipping and poor packing

I requested to discontinue and am frustrated to received an order. I would like to return for a full refund.

When you deliver my second order of Iymphatic drainage the bottle was broken. My first order was in a box I want to why my second order wasn't. My second order was broken which means your owe me a new bottle with NO CHARGE!!! Please send me a new bottle but make sure it's in a box which is your fault!!! I also should not be charged for your mistake.

First of all, I was happy to find out the taste is good!! It has been 6 days and the swelling in my feet and ankles have gone down. They don’t feel heavy when I walk. I noticed today I am not limping when I walk.. I was not expecting the results to start happening this quickly, in fact, I wasn’t sure of any results! I actually am shocked. I have tried so many different things; oil of oregano with black seed oil with no results at all. Emma, which did nothing. I am going to keep doing Veruma twice a day and wait to see what else will improve. It is really working!
